These are just a few of the 100+ stories I've subedited at the desk. 101Reporters is an independent digital news publication with a pan-India network of almost 3,000 grassroots journalists. We work with news features from rural India, with a special focus on underrepresented communities. As a part of overseeing stories from the pitching stage to when it's published, an essential task is to ensure a logical flow of the story and identifying gaps for the reporter.

I also steer our socials— the designs, content, ads and overall strategy.
